searches for his lost mother by taking down villains, saving lives, clothes, ostensible babies, etc,
does this, but still manages to come under fire for it. gets laser blasted into a building and branded a nemesis. because he’s looking for his mom and saving people while he does it
gets told that his mother is gone forever and he’ll never see her again, then on top of that gets attacked again by his “nemesis”, and then he’s stabbed
after patching up his own stab wounds, tries to get some sleep and wakes up to find his home is filled with people (or at least one of them) who have repeatedly attacked him
