I know everyone likes to make fun of emo, angsty music, but I think people need to know where music like that comes from and who it’s directed to

It may seem like silly, edgy reminders from when you were younger, but for a lot of people when they are in a bad place they turn to music, music that makes their anger and sadness and pain feel justified

I don’t know, I’m just kind of bummed out now

Do what you gotta do, you know?
If you need some emo punk music or some edgy rock music to feel ok and justified, then listen to it
