ok let’s talk about this i really need to talk about this i’m in legit tears over this

don’t fuckin argue with me: gamzee and terezi’s “kismesis” was an abusive relationship. it was everything that a healthy kismesis shouldn’t have been it was one person taking advantage of somebody’s vulnerable mental state and unfairly degrading them in every way and it was destructive and disgusting and empowering only on gamzee’s end and there no harm done to gamzee whatsoever while terezi suffered horribly

that isn’t a healthy kismesis that’s just plain abuse

but no matter how much he destroyed her and slammed her with every last insecurity she ever knew and degraded her and destroyed her self-esteem, she got back up and learned and accepted that SHE, THE VICTIM, IS NOT THE ONE TO BLAME. it’s ALL on him.

and now that she knows that, terezi is not going to let him get away with it.

she’s going to destroy him. she’s telling him he can’t run from the crime committed. she’s calling him out for the fucking coward that he and every other abuser out there is. and she’s going to get the justice she RIGHTFULLY DESERVES.

and all in spite of her having every reason to blame herself, to have cracked under it all

i don’t think you guys realize how far this girl has come and how strong she is and how inspiring and phenomenal this moment is in general

i love terezi okay i’m crying i’m so SO proud of my baby girl go get him
