You guys. This is a thing.

They “put a Carnegie Hall orchestra in the middle of New York City and placed an empty podium in front of the musicians with a sign that read, “Conduct Us.” Random New Yorkers who accepted the challenge were given the opportunity to conduct this world-class orchestra. The orchestra responded to the conductors, altering their tempo and performance accordingly.”

This is why I love music and how it brings people together! 🙂

We watched this in my conducting class yesterday. It was adorable.

In case you felt like sobbing your heart out tonight, you should watch my friend octoswan’s animation senior thesis because I bawled like a baby. And if you enjoy this particular form of emotional torture, you should know that she has another film on the way that’s going to absolutely slaughter you called Canary 751 which you can find out more about here and if you would like to join the Octoswan fandom you can message me because I am already camping out for the midnight release.

Golly gosh, that’s a splendid promo, love! And yes, much emotional pain will come with Canary 751. I wasn’t really trying for sadness with the thesis, but with Canary, the sadness flows freely. >:D
